This project took me the longest time among my other projects this semester. It took approximately a month and a half. The reason for this is probably because I spent a lot of time perfecting the initial coils. Also, after placing a couple coils, I would take a day or two to smooth out the outside of the pot and to make it as even as possible. After working on it for a month at a slow pace, time was running out and I decided to cut back on the perfection and increase the production of the coils.
Among all of the projects this semester, I think this would be the one I put the most effort into.

Pinch Pot
The objective of this project was to hand build a pot using the method of pinching.
My pinch pot wasn't too lucky. It had gone through a shelf-accident. As a result of this, I was unable to proceed with the glazing stage of this project.

Turtle Wire Sculpture
This is my first project in my Ceramics class. It is a wire sculpture of a turtle. The reason why I chose a turtle of all animals is because I found the shell of a turtle very unique. I used painted paper mache to create positive space in the shell.
